My Ethos

I stand for values in the cosmetics and artistry industry. For me, its not just about gaining another client or another notch on the portfolio. What I promise to deliver on every single job, is that my passion, energy and a willingness to nail a perfect experience. If you’re not happy, neither am I! And that is the most important thing for me. I dislike standard service, I strive for perfection and that ultimately describes my ethos. From time management, cleanliness, products and delivery in artistry – all of it counts! Your experience with me means the world to me and I won’t accept delivering a sub standard service.

So how do I deliver a brilliant experience? Well, I would expect you to have an idea of what you want or desire from the service. I will do everything on my end to deliver that and give advice but ultimately, to get the best experience, have an idea of what you want or are expecting because when you know what you want, I can deliver that, plus more!

Products I Use

My kit is very expansive and varies from high end luxurious brands to high street brands. I use makeup from brands that truly deliver in performance and are skin friendly. A high end luxury brand does not necessarily mean it’s a great product. Most of my kit is high end from the likes of Pat Mcgrath, Natasha Denona, Charlotte Tilbury but then you may see some other brands that aren’t luxury brands and that’s for a reason! They perform well!! See my blog for info and tips on what I recommend but ultimately, the products i’m using are for performance, variety to skin and formula.

Mark's highly knowledgeable and passionate about all the different makeup brands and products out there, I'm confident with his selection. His kit is also immaculately cleaned to the inch of it's life which gives me reassurance with hygiene etc.

How Long Does It Takes?

When using the book me section, underneath each service will give you a time frame of how long each service takes. I have overset the timings just to allow for changes or the unexpected so the service would usually be shorter then what you see on the website.

Are there limits to when a service can't go ahead?

Unfortunately there are contra-indications that would prevent the surface from going ahead. Please use the contact me section to describe what cosmetic procedure/service you would be having prior to the makeup treatment. This also goes for any operation procedures you're having done to the face whether cosmetical or for health reasons. It's important to be honest as this can affect the procedure you've had done and it maybe a case we can work around it.

Can I combine services?

Yes, absolutely. I also offer discount for multiple services so if you've got a few bookings you need to make, it's worth adding multiple services to get a better discount.

What if i need to cancel?

See more about this in my cancellation policy found at the bottom of the page in the footer section, but if its less then 48 hours notice but more then 24 hours you won't be charged minus the deposit. If its less then 24 hours' notice then you'd be charged 50% of the booking minus the deposit. If it's less then 12 hours' notice, then a 100% charge would be applicable minus the deposit. All deposits at the time of booking are non-refundable. If you've selected the wrong service or need to change the date or time, please contact me.
